Refunds, Return & Exchange Policy

 

Our garments are all made to order. Please refer to our size chart or contact our customer care team at +91 9871702646 for assistance in selecting the right size.

Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Exchange:
Exchange will be accepted only if the required size or style is available. If the requested size/style is unavailable, the exchange cannot be processed.
All courier charges for exchange (to & fro) will be borne by the customer.

Alterations:
We will be happy to assist you with alterations. An additional alteration fee of Rs. 1500/- will be applicable.
For alterations, both courier charges (to & fro) will be borne by the customer.

Quality Concern:
If there is any quality issue, it must be brought to our notice within 24 hours of receiving the order. In such cases, we will replace the piece or issue store credit, provided the product meets our quality-check terms and conditions.
Please note that all products undergo multiple levels of quality check before dispatch.

Sale/Discounted Merchandise:
No exchange, no return, no refunds, and no alterations are possible on sale or discounted products.
