Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Please go through our size chart or call on our customer care number +91 98717 02646 to assist you with the right size for you. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange, refunds or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges for the first set of pick up and later delivery for the product will be borne by Kay Kay Label. For subsequent issues regarding alteration, the to & fro courier charges will be borne by the customer.
If there is any quality issue which is brought to our notice within 24 hours of receipt order, in such a case we will replace the piece or provide store credit, provided the piece meets our terms and conditions. Please note, all our products are quality checked at multiple levels before dispatch.
